With a calm, compassionate presence grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, I create a safe and supportive space for healing. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, and I am dedicated to building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard, respected, and understood. Together, we will explore your concerns, create a personalized treatment plan, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Healing is possible at any stage of life, and therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of purpose. Whether you are navigating trauma, a challenging life transition, or feeling stuck, my goal is to support you in building resilience, self-understanding, and well-being.
I primarily work with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, men’s concerns, and related mental health challenges. My clinical focus is guiding individuals to heal from traumatic experiences and adverse events using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Through EMDR, I help clients process painful memories, reduce triggers, and achieve lasting relief from distressing symptoms. This evidence-based approach addresses the roots of present-day difficulties while empowering you with the skills and resources needed for future growth.
Beyond EMDR, I offer psilocybin-assisted therapy in partnership with a licensed healing center for those seeking a deeper, transformative approach to healing trauma, depression, anxiety, and fostering personal growth. I also provide walk-and-talk and nature-based therapy for clients who find healing through movement and connection with the outdoors.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths. Alongside EMDR, I draw on evidence-based modalities such as person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and skills development. I adapt my approach to best support your personal growth and values.
Clients describe me as calm, genuine, compassionate, and approachable. I strive to create a space where difficult experiences can be explored safely, while also encouraging growth, self-compassion, and meaningful change. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I work collaboratively to ensure treatment aligns with your unique goals and values.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have provided therapeutic care across community mental health, outpatient and inpatient treatment, crisis intervention, and private practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), an EMDR Certified Therapist, and an EMDR Consultant-in-Training through EMDRIA.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about nature—hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. I also cherish time with family and friends, attending concerts, learning new things, and traveling. These experiences help me maintain balance and reinforce my belief in connection, adventure, and personal growth.
