I primarily offer telehealth counseling, as well as in-person walk-and-talk and nature-based therapy for clients who prefer to meet outdoors in a relaxed, restorative setting. All services are tailored to your unique needs, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment for every client.
My primary clinical focus is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment that helps people heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders by processing disturbing memories and beliefs. In EMDR therapy, we work together to reduce emotional distress, build resilience, and create a greater sense of safety and calm in your daily life.
I also offer psilocybin-assisted therapy in partnership with a licensed healing center. Psilocybin therapy can be a supportive alternative for individuals seeking a different approach to healing trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as for those interested in deeper personal growth and self-exploration. In this work, I focus on preparation, intention-setting, and integration to ensure insights from the experience support lasting change.
In addition to EMDR therapy and psilocybin-assisted therapy, I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. I especially value working with men to reduce the stigma around counseling and to explore concerns unique to their experiences, but I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities.
