I primarily provide telehealth appointments or in-person sessions with nature-based therapy.
My primary clinical focus is utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to assist with trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. You can click the tab below to learn more about EMDR.
Outside of EMDR therapy, I offer cognitive behavioral therapy to target anxiety, bipolar, and depression concerns. As a male therapist, I also enjoy working with men to reduce the stigma of receiving counseling and working on their specific problems.
